Who we are …

Sanjay Krishnan

I am a 17 year old senior at Vista Ridge High school. I am in my 10th year of classical guitar training under the direction of my teacher - Mr. Slobodan Vujisic. I’m also in the school marching band, playing the Euphonium.

My musical inspirations include classical guitar greats like Tarrega, as well as more modern composers like Heitor Villa Lobos.

While my long term goals are to become a doctor, my hopes are to experience all aspects of care and compassion through music.

I am a 14 year old 10th grader at Vista Ridge High school. I have also been learning the classical guitar for the past 10 years under the guidance of Mr. Slobodan Vujisic.

I’m currently also a percussionist in the middle school band and hope to continue my musical odyssey when I go to Vista Ridge next year!

Miles Notzon

I am a 17 year old rising senior at St. Stephen’s Episcopal School.

I began playing classical guitar at the age of four and have trained under my teacher, Stephen Krishnan, for many years.

In addition to performing with Music and Minds, I am a member of the Austin Classical Guitar Youth Orchestra. Through music, I hope to bring joy and meaningful connection to others while also continuing to grow as a classical musician and performer.
